Ordering
Feel safe in using our secure on-line ordering form with your credit card. Allison's Candle Corner uses a 256-bit GeoTrust QuickSSL certificate. Click here to view our GeoTrust profile. If you would rather fax in the order, complete the order form and print it out. Fax the form to us at: (870) 234-3187. Then call us with your credit card information to our toll free number: (877) 235-1422.
To mail in an order, complete the order form and print it out. Send it to us with a money order or check. Make it payable to: Allison’s Candle Corner. While we are happy to take your personal check, we have to hold your order until the check clears the bank.

Shipping
We ship by UPS. Unless specified, your order will be sent by ground.
Retail Order Processing Time
After we receive your order, it will take 5 to 7 working days to hand pour your candles and fill your order.
Our office hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m, Central Time, Monday through Friday. On Saturday, we are open 9 a.m.to noon; sometimes we are here later if you need to contact us. Sunday we are closed.
On certain holidays the office will be closed: New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 23 & 24). Any other dates not listed will be added to the New Page each month.
If we miss your phone call, we have an answering machine for your convenience. All messages will be taken care of as soon as possible. Also, all e-mails will be promptly responded to when they are received.
