          We know your group needs to offer quality items which will create a demand and sell themselves, as well as giving the best profit possible. Allison’s Candle Corner has arranged many fundraising events, so we offer to you a set list of our most popular candles, pure essence oils, and candle warmers. The profit margins for your group are from 43% to 47%. You may choose whether you want to include the pure oils in your fundraiser, or just to sell candles and candle warmers.
A Fundraiser Package will be provided for your event; your organization will receive customized order forms and a purchase order sheet. We will provide as many order forms as you need, at any time during the fundraiser. When the order is ready for delivery, each item will have a small sticker attached which says, “Thank you for supporting” and name of your organization.

            We have used our years of experience to set up a fundraiser which will let your group sell items easier and to generate more revenue. The heavily scented candles for the fundraisers are the 8 ounce jar and the 24 ounce jar; the pure oil is a 1 ounce bottle. Our candle warmers offer the option for someone still to support your group, even if they do not wish to burn candles. The candle warmer releases the candle’s fragrance without the flame. Of course, you will be receiving the same quality candles and oils as those we sell on our website and in our store.
           
            8 ounce candles retail at $7.00 each = your cost is $4.00 each = 43% profit              
            24 ounce candles retail at $17.00 each = your cost is $9.00 each = 47% profit
            1 ounce pure essence oils retail at $6.00 each = your cost is 3.75 = 46% profit
            Unlighted candle warmers retail at $10.00 each = your cost is $5.50 each = 45% profit
            Halo lighted candle warmers retail at $14.00 each = your cost is $7.50 each = 46% profit

            We have split the year in two different scent lists. The fundraiser candle list is based on what sells best for the time of year of your fundraiser. We can not substitute one list for another or different scents for what is listed, because a set list is how we can offer your organization higher profit margins.

            Pure Essence Oils contain no alcohol and are available in the same scents as those in the candles. These are great for on potpourri, in simmering pots, and for re-fragrancing candles on candle warmers.

           The unlighted candle warmers are sold in white only. The halo lighted candle warmers are offered in beige and white, both with the soft halo light around the heating pad. We suggest that the 8 ounce candle be used for the warmers. The larger size candles take much longer to melt and release their fragrance.

            To begin a fundraiser from Allison’s Candle Corner, e-mail or call us to get a Fundraising Form. Fill it out, including your tax i.d. number. Submit the completed form with a copy of your tax permit or tax exempt form to us by e-mail, fax, or mail. We will take care of what you need, from product information to sending out the Fundraising Package.

            When your fundraiser is over you will need to complete the purchase order sheet. Your organization will have to pay Allison’s Candle Corner at the time the order is placed with a credit card, money order, or check. In your order to us, include your purchase order sheet along with your payment. We suggest collecting for the items sold during your fundraising event. The fundraiser order will take 10 to 14 working days to process, once we have received your purchase order sheet and payment. For Christmas delivery, please note that November 15th is the last date to send in a fundraiser order. Any order can be a customer pickup or shipped by UPS.
